Introduction
The event is organized by the research training group 2226 "Chemical Bond Activation" at the Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg. Speakers with different scientific backgrounds will talk about their paths into working life, answer questions and give pointers to young aspiring scientists, so they can receive insight into the many possible professions in chemistry.
The event consists exclusively of female speakers in order to provide role models for young female scientists, but participation is open to people of all genders (and free of charge! 😊).
