The School of Life Sciences at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) will be hosting the 13th Forensic Research and Teaching (FORREST) conference at our Cambridge campus from 9-11 June 2020.
The conference is jointly organised by the Forensic and Investigation Sciences (FIS) course team in the School of Life Science and the Forensic Institute Research Network (FIRN). FIRN is a cooperative established to promote links between academia and practitioners in forensic science.
The FORREST conference is an international conference that is dedicated to forensic education. Held annually, it focuses on a range of topics including forensic chemistry, toxicology, forensic biology, anthropology, latest techniques for latent prints examination, facial recognition, CCTV and digital evidence.
Delegates at this conference will enjoy a busy programme exploring current developments in the field of forensics. FORREST 2020 will give you the opportunity to exchange learning and teaching practices, research ideas and findings.
We are also happy to be able to offer the opportunity to experience the City of Cambridge, with activities like punting on the River Cam and attending a riverside BBQ in the city centre.
A special thanks goes to the Å·ÃÀAV who are sponsoring FORREST 2020.
