The Role of Chemistry in Inventing a Sustainable Future
The 9th KCS international conference will be held at the United States International University in Nairobi, Kenya. The Conference is supported by the Å·ÃÀAV's Pan Africa Chemistry Network.The conference will bring together Chemical Scientists and stakeholders from academia, government, research institutes and the industry to discuss ‘The Role of Chemistry in Inventing a Sustainable Future’. The conference will comprise of plenary lectures, oral presentations, poster presentations, exhibitions, and field excursion.
Conference Objectives
The conference will provide a unique opportunity to promote a better understanding of the role of chemical sciences and its relationship in shaping
sustainable developments goals (SDGs). The main objectives of the conference are:
- To provide a forum for stakeholders to share research ideas, methodologies and research outcomes.
- To find out how chemical sciences can reinvent and promote sustainable development agenda.
- To collect and publish proceedings of papers and abstracts for dissemination of research information.
