Introduction

This Symposium will focus on the production, characterisation and properties of printable functional materials and illustrate how they are being applied to the development of technologies such as sensors, microfluidics, diagnostic devices and printed electronic systems. The Symposium will bring together both academic theme leaders and industrialists in this rapidly emerging and commercially important field.
