The All-In Cincinnati Core Team, led by 14 trailblazing women, is being recognized for their contributions to racial equity and justice. These women are paving the way for racial justice through their work in community empowerment, neighborhood development, housing equity, and advocacy for educational equity. They are also promoting social justice, challenging systemic inequalities, and empowering youth through education.

  • Elizabeth Bartley, with Invest in Neighborhoods, champions community empowerment, through civic engagement ensuring community councils have the support to make impactful changes.
  • Kristen Baker, Executive Director at LISC Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, catalyzes neighborhood development and housing equity, spearheading impactful community partnerships and initiatives.
  • Rasheda Cromwell, Chief Impact Officer at the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, amplifies our racial justice efforts through strategic leadership and innovative community initiatives.
  • Chara Fisher Jackson passionately leads Cincinnati Preschool Promise, advocating for accessible, quality education for our youngest citizens, embodying our commitment to educational equity.
  • Jennifer Ingram of Calibrated Lens brings racial equity into sharp focus, devising strategies that dismantle systemic barriers and champion inclusivity.
  • Dr. Camille Jones, leveraging her expertise as a Public Health Advocate, champions health equity with impactful initiatives that enhance community health and wellbeing.
  • Diane S. Jordan, M.Ed., at Thembi Speaks, LLC, fosters transformational leadership and organizational development, contributing significantly to educational equity and empowerment.
