Å·ÃÀAV Symposium 2018: Nanotechnology for Energy and Environment

6 September 2018 12:00 - 7 September 2018 17:00, London, United Kingdom

Introduction
Nanoscience is the core of emerging technologies in particular in energy and environmental areas, involving thermal catalysis, electrocatalysis, photocatalysis, batteries, fuel cells, solar cells, water splitting, CO2 conversion, sensors, water and air treatment. This symposium, organised by the Å·ÃÀAV Chemical Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (Å·ÃÀAV-CNN) Group, covers the recent developments in fundamental studies, novel material development and reactor engineering in these areas, with the aim to provide a forum for researchers to exchange information, share ideas, and discuss recent advances and the scientific challenges.

Symposium chairs:
Prof. Junwang Tang, Professor of Chemistry and Materials Engineering, Director of UCL Materials Hub and FÅ·ÃÀAV, Department of Chemical Engineering, University College London (UCL)
Prof. Radim Beranek, Institute of Electrochemistry, Ulm University, Germany
