About the course
The course will be delivered by academic and industrial experts in their field of contribution and will include case studies and laboratory experimental sessions. Delegates will leave with a deeper understanding of mixing phenomena coupled with practical knowledge and methodologies to help specify equipment and troubleshoot mixing processes.On completion of this course delegates will have an understanding of:
- Principles of mixing of liquids and liquid-liquid/gas/solid systems
- Selection and duties of mixer technology
- Practical experience of operating mixers
- Effective scale-up of mixer size – from lab to plant
