More than 23 million people in England now have an SCR, containing the medications, allergies and adverse reactions (and additional information that the patient may have requested) from the GP record, and rapid progress is being made with record creation. The SCR is starting to be used by Pharmacists across the country to support patients who require urgent or emergency care.
